Providing equal access to justice
All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc. is a non-profit offering legal services at a lower hourly rate for low-income and modest means litigants.
When this policy mentions "All for the Family," "We," "Us," and "Our" it refers to All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc.
When this policy mentions "You" or "Your," it refers to new and previous potential clients and anyone interested in retaining our legal services.
All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc. offers initial consultations for a flat-rate fee of $60, and consultations for past potential clients at their quoted hourly rate.
You understand that All for the Family and their attorneys do not guarantee to take your case solely because you have submitted an application, paid for, or previously had a consultation.
You understand that consultations may need to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, due to changing conditions with the court, and our availability is subject to change.
You agree that the consultation payment will be due and paid two days before your scheduled consultation unless otherwise arranged due to reasonable circumstances by emailing assistant@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org.
You are responsible for ensuring that the consultation has been paid. If you have not received a payment link, you are to email assistant@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org to submit payment.
You are responsible for canceling and rescheudling your consultations using our system Setmore or emailing assistant@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org. Please see the initial email sent to you, or please see our FAQ page for our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
You also understand that if our office is able to take your case, unless otherwise arranged, the contract and the deposit will be signed and paid in full within 10 business days as we are not able to save a spot for your case. The contract will be sent to you to be signed first. Once the contract is signed, you will receive a link to pay the deposit.
If a consultation is not paid for two days before your consultation your scheduled consultation may be canceled.
If we do not receive a signed contract and deposit within 10 business days, our office will void the contract, and you may be required to have another consultation at your quoted hourly rate.
You further understand that multiple cancelations or missed payments for scheduled consultations, cancellations, or contracted services may bar you from future services with All for the Family Legal Clinic, Inc.
You agree to be bound by the terms set forth in the contract.
All for the Family is bound by Attorney-Client Privilege and all information submitted to us is treated as confidential and protected.
Please note that the Attorney-Client Privilege may be waived at the client's request.
