Application for Services
To see if you qualify for our services and schedule a one-hour initial consultation with an attorney for an $60 Initial flat rate fee, please fill out one of our online applications Below.
1. Fill out the application completely, as missing information will delay application processing times.
2. If the application has been approved, you will be emailed a consultation letter with a consultation scheduling link. The link will allow YOU to book a consultation with our intake attorney.
3. All consultations are by phone. Please do not come to the office.
4. Our office does not provide translation services. You will need to provide your own translator.
5. Please do not submit multiple inquiries: if you have previously submitted an inquiry, please reach out to info@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org or assistant@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org.
It can take us 7 business days for potential new clients to respond to correspondence.
The initial consultation is where you get up to an hour with an attorney. For any additional time, work performed, etc., you are charged your quoted hourly rate. Please check your consultation letter for your quoted hourly rate.
