Application for Services
To see if you qualify for our services and schedule a one-hour initial consultation with an attorney for an $60 Initial flat rate fee, please fill out one of our online applications Below.
- Complete the application in full. If information is missing from the application, our staff will reach out to you regarding the missing information, and this can prolong the review process.
- If you qualify for our services, then you will receive a consultation letter via email with a link to schedule your consultation online.
- All consultations are conducted over the phone. We are currently booking consultations 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
- Any additional time or work will be billed at your quoted hourly rate, which can be found in your consultation letter.
- We do not provide translation services; you must provide your own translator.
- Please avoid submitting multiple inquiries. If you have already submitted one, contact us at info@allforthefamilylegalclinic.org.
Note: It may take up to 7 business days to respond to potential client inquiries.
Generally, we need a minimum of 2 months notice to assist with trials. However, for restraining orders we often can assist with a few weeks notice, but it is based on the availability of our attorneys and staff.
